About WHL
Work and Health Link Pty Ltd, here forth referred to as WHL is a fully black woman owned company, founded by Ms. Ntombizethu Nkosi in 2015. The company’s head office is in Johannesburg Central Business District.
Our core business is providing consulting services aimed at promoting productivity in the workplace. Our services are divided into two main categories, which are all interlinked, viz.:

- Sick Absenteeism Management
- Incapacity Management

- Medico Legal and Medical Negligence Assessments and Reporting.
The services and products offered are designed to promote individual and organizational productivity through:
- Proactive and holistic wellness interventions to mitigate impaired work performance.
- Promoting a healthy work environment that is consciouss of the various wellness dimensions.
- Promoting physical and psychological safety in the workplace.
- Proactive management of employees at risk of incapacity, by managing of risk factors.
- Breaking physical and psychological barriers for employees with disability in the workplace.
- Successful reintegration of employees into work after an illness or injury.

WHL Link is affiliated to Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Trauma Counsellors, Dentists, Occupational Medical Practitioners and Nurses, HR Specialists and Financial Advisors.

WHL provides Disability Claims Management Services to major Insurance companies such as Discovery Group Life, Momentum OCSA, Bryte Life, etc. WHL also provides services to state owned organs such as the Road Accident Fund.
