Educational Backgroud
Ms. Nkosi graduated from the University of KwaZulu Natal, Westville Campus as an Occupational Therapist in 2006. She holds an Honors Degree in Occupational Therapy (B. Occ. Ther. Hons. - UKZN). She studied Labour Relations Management with Unisa in 2012 and Introduction to Employee Assistance Programme with the University of Pretoria in August 2023.
Professional Experience
Ms. Nkosi started her career as a Community Service Therapist at Catherine Booth, a District hospital in rural KwaZulu Natal, where she worked from 2007 until 2009. She then relocated to Gauteng to work in the Insurance industry, specifically the Employee Benefits space, as a Disability Claims Consultant. She has worked for Soma Initiative, Alexander Forbes and Reintegrate OT. She is the founder of Work and Health Link, a company that provides Health Risk Management Services.

Ms. Nkosi is currently the chairperson of the Medico Legal Special Interest Group.
